But the problem is that many runners forget all of the steps between the first one and the goal.  If your goal is to run under two hours for the half marathon then you need to be honest about all of the little steps to get to that goal.

I was too lazy to get out of bed this morning, so I did my bike ride this afternoon (and it was HOT).  

13 miles - 1:06 (man I am SLOW)

I ran alittle past the mailbox (maybe 3 minutes).  Too many jiggles!

i'm slow on the bike too. it is still about twice as fast as i can run though. way to stay active. you're doing great!

Its not the speed that matters, just the time on the bike! I am trying to get faster on my bike, and I find it harder than trying to get faster on my feet.

You are so not jiggly!!!!!

I can not believe anyone could exercise in that heat yesterday!!! I hid under and umbrella at the pool and I was still dripping sweat. Way to go, that is as die hard as it gets.

HOT is right...You get extra points for working out anyhow. All I did Monday was walk for 20minutes. :P
