I did another aqua running workout this morning with all the geriatrics (well until 5:30am, then other age groups joined in :) ). Felt good and I was definitely breathing hard!
Here was my workout: 5 min warm up 1 min hard - 1 min easy 2 min hard - 1 min easy 3 min hard - 1 min easy 4 min hard - 1 min easy 4 min hard - 1 min easy 3 min hard - 1 min easy 2 min hard - 1 min easy 1 min hard - 1 min easy 1 min hard - 1 min easy 5 min cool down
