Ankle felt a bit achy today and I about flipped out. IT IS ABOUT TIME TO GET BETTER!!! So I took it easy and short because I had a lot going on. 30 minutes on elliptical 20 minute walk (8 minutes walking to 2 minutes running) Today, it does feel a lot better. Lots of icing, exercises and wearing the brace. I think I will run/walk tomorrow.
