What is this ankle injury you have? I'm dealing with one myself - Peroneal Teondonitis (or possibly a stress fracture, but I doubt it). Mine is getting worse, not better.

Burt - at the rate I am going, you are probably right!
Jun - I got a tibial stress fracture in my left ankle (on the inside). I was told I would be out for 8 weeks and to SLOWLY come back. It has been a year exactly! I'm going back to my foot doctor next week. If you need more info (like coming back slowly stuff, ankle exercises, etc), I'm more than happy to share, but I don't want to bore you! Good luck!
