Plug....plug...plug....plug! 3x 10 squats on Smith Machine (10 lbs on each side - use to be 5 lbs last week) 10 sits on the Smith Machine 20xdips 20x sit ups stretching-it-band was very stiff when rolling it Last day of boutiques...I feel like a horrible mother being gone 2 weekends in a row. Blech.....
