I didn't sleep very well because of the crazy thunderstorm last night! But still got up and went to the gym. 3x squat jumps B6 pushups planks LLL dips Run 3 easy miles. Ankle felt great. Chatted with a gal next to me on the TM...and it made the run SO much faster. Another round of LLL and B6 Stretch and foam roll I showered and crawled back into bed to take my little nap before everyone got up for school. But shortly thereafter, I had a kid complain of a stomach and then spent the rest of the morning dealing with pukes. Great way to start the week! |
