WALK/RUN: 49 minutes - 4.36 miles 2 x (2 min walk to 8 min run) 2 x (1 min walk to 9 min run) 2 x (2 min walk to 8 min run) - I cut the last one a bit short, I was SO tired. I really wanted to go home and go back to bed! Ankle felt pretty good today - I could feel the effects of yesterday's a "smidge" harder and faster. So I took it easy today. No pain right now! My mini sprint is in 3 weeks and I haven't swam once. Urghhh..... my goal is just to finish. That's it!
