WALK/RUN: 4.57 miles - 50 minutes (1x4min walk to 6 min run) (4x3 min walk to 7 min run). I am ready to skip and dance down the streets, but I am trying to contain myself. My ankle feels great - the best it has felt in 9 months. I am trying to contain my excitement because it has only been a few days, but it is hard! Today is one of those days where I am really counting my blessing! PM - BIKE RIDE 8 miles - 33:00 I only had 30 minutes until I needed to be home for family obligations. It was a beautiful night and I wish I had more time.
