WALK/RUN: 4.57 miles - 50 minutes (1x4 min walk to 6 min run and 4 x 3 min walk to 7 min run). I upped the speed a bit today and the legs felt great. More importantly the ankle felt really great too. Again, I feel like I am progressing and not stagnant! BIKE: 12.43 miles in 49:24 minutes. Golly gee I'm slow on a bike!! I went a new route today and it was fun to explore.
