WALK/RUN: 4.1 miles - 50 minutes 6 min walk - 4 min run 5:30 min walk - 4 min run x3 5 min walk - 5 min run I've really upped my ankle exercises and so far today, my ankle has felt good. But I'm not holding my breath :) BIKE in pm: 15.44 miles - 1:05.55 minutes (did Healy hill twice, Wal-mart hill and TM hill). I always feel like I peddle in slow-motion and just don't go very far or fast. But it was a fun ride - this is one of my favorite routes and the weather was cooler. Fall is coming.
