2 mile warm up 5x400 with a 200 rest jog 1:41, 1:40, 1:40, 1:39, 1:35 Don't laugh at my slow times! It's been a year and a half since I've been to the track for a real speed workout. Obviously it shows. Speed workouts stress me out, but once I got there it wasn't as bad (isn't that always the case). The dumb sprinklers were on and were shooting like jets.....I want a sprinkle, not a jet stream. 1 mile warm down.
