We took the kids this morning to the gym daycare.

Walking on the treadmill:

3.61 miles - 55 minutes - 4.1 mph - 6.5 incline

Every 15 minutes, I would run for 1 minute.  I noticed my hiney was really jiggling - I know - TOO MUCH INFORMATION.  But it bothered me (in addition to the wiggly tummy pooch).  No more pan full of rice krispy treats.

When we got home, I took a ride on the bike.  I went scouting to find new trails to ride with my son.  He recently got a new bike and we have been going on a lot of little rides.  He's fast and I have been working with him on "up and down" on the BIG HILLS.  It is so fun to be able to do stuff like this with him.  I never thought I would get to this point in life and now I can't believe it is here!

Great day!

gotta love that 'post-injury' jiggle! :) I'm sure it's NOTHING!!

You did a GREAT job getting out there and getting it done on a holiday. Maybe if another one of your children swim you can create a 'tri-family-team' I've always thought that would be fun anyway :)

Sound like fun! I hope you found some good places to ride, he will enjoy that with his mom I am sure!

My belly jiggles, too. It bugs for a few miles and then I just forget about it.

What great FUN to ride w/ your little boy! I am sure he will remember that in years to come!

I used to ride with my boys a little. I should have done it more. You're a great mom.

Some men find that attractive.

I feel your pain. I hate jiggling. Unfortunately it'll be a long time before I stop :-P

Your jiggle made me giggle.
