I took the kiddos to the gym daycare today while I swam. I broke up my 1600 M into 350M segments (the swim distance for a mini sprint). 1st 350 M - 9:49 2nd 350 M - 9:44 3rd 350 M - 9:40 200 M Recovery - 5:51 4th 350 M - 9:14 Total time 44:21 Felt great during the swim. I was thinking about all the Boston runners - I'm totally jealous! Can't wait to hear those reports!
