During those last 14 laps, my arms were ON FIRE!!!  I was really breathing hard tonight - maybe it was the allergy/sinus thing.  I just need to do an 8:54 during the mini sprint.

WOW! That's a LOT of laps! I'd loose count half way thru the 2nd set. I don't know much about swimming; but I think 1 mile in 42:42 is FAST! AWESOME JOB! You will do GREAT on the sprint-tri! SO EXCITED for you! Oh, the allergy-stuffy-sinus definitely affects the breathing in or out of the pool!

Hiya Toby!

Have you ever noticed some days you float really well and swimming is effortless..Then some days you feel completely like a struggle and you are drowning! Maybe it's just me.

I do best on short fast interval days. I struggle with long intervals..like 500-1000yds. I just don't like my face in that long!
