45:43 minutes I thought for sure my legs would feel hammered after yesterday's long run....but I was SO wrong! I ran on the TM at the gym (too wimpy for the wind) and was planning on a slow run (TM runs are always slower for me), but I felt a spring in my step and there was no achiness at all. I went a little faster than I had planned. Wonderful! Off to In n Out for a pig out fest!
