Workout with my coolio cousin, calliej.  I was a rock star and told Callie to meet at 6:30 - BUT the gym didn't open until 7:00am. I kept waking up last night because I thought I had missed my alarm.

I could REALLY get used to have a pool buddy!

My arms were super tired during the 8x5min and my whole body felt like lead during the 45's.  Hooray for being over!

It was an awesome workout today! Hope you get a nap.

You deserve a pool buddy after all that diligent pool work you've been doing by yourself. I'm sorry that calliej had to get hurt to make it happen, but having each other is a blessing to you both.

AWESOME TRI workouts! SO cool to have your cousin as pool buddy. Hope you're having a restful day for recovery. Your workouts are HARDCORE!

Another amazing workout! Yes, a pool buddy is a great thing. I stood my pool buddy up this morning, and I know she was lonely!

Nice workout! Having a pool buddy is essential for me to endure the never ending hour(s) of back and forth!! It's more torture than a TM!

Glad to hear the ankle did well on the elliptical. Keep up the hard work, it will pay off soon!
