All abs class - it kicked my tail!  I don't think I am EVER going to get rid of the pouch in my tummy thanks to my triplet pregnancy.  It is going to take a really good plastic surgeon and a tummy tuck.

I went to see the physical therapist today and he gave me a few balancing exercises.  I didn't realize that I had lost a lot of my balance.  Ankle feels stronger already!

All abs class sound scary.

I never had triplets and I've got a good tummy pouch. Of course I did have 4 kids, just one at a time. The things we do for our kids, eh.

The pouch goes away, it just takes time! I didn't have triplets, though....

Do you have one of those balance ball things? I use it a lot right now; its amazing how different my two legs are!

From Kelli on Fri, May 28, 2010 at 11:49:51 from 71.219.93.114

YEAH! I am glad it is feeling better. Balancing is GOOD, that is what they had me doing last summer/fall and I really feel like it helped.

Now, about the pooch! Almost all of us mom's have it, very few are lucky enough to not!!! No worries. I did not have triplets, but I have been pregnant 5 times and two of those times I gained 50 pounds! That, and apparently I was fat for years and just did not know it! Oh, the skin that is left on my belly right now! But, we would never trade our kids in so we can just be happy with our little pooches, right?????

YAY for walking and feeling better...tummies never leave, consider it a 'battle scar' and enjoy it! :) (hahaha, I know, I know!)
