4.5 this evening @ 7:41 ave pace.  I little discomfort for a minute or so (comes and goes) but it ended up being an ok run.

another bike day - to be on the safe side. 

did 10-11 miles.  stopped my watch a couple times but it was a good workout 

I need to keep doing this.  I really think the bike workouts help my fitness in a different way than my current short runs do.

30 min bike ride at 1:30 to get the blood moving.  I sit too much with my job. 

will try to do 4-6 miles running when Q goes to dance class at 5:30 

 

6PM - 4 miles @ 7:15 ave pace - not sure what happened there... perhaps a little consistency is helping.  maybe the bike ride earlier in the day helped too.  anyway...
