Had a great morning - ran with my daugheter in her 2nd 5k.  She took off a lot of time this go around -- not fast but a great improvement!  Very proud of her effort!

Then she went and had a great softball game -- two great hits and some good fielding.  We tired her out :)

I did another 10.3 in the late afternoon.  I did the 12-6 am shift and was running on fumes.  But I kept going.  It was just over 8 pace.  Not good but not the worst thing in the world.  At least I did it.  I just wanted to hit 40 for the week.  Even without the run walk 5k, I got it, so that's goal accomplished  - yea tim!  Got to build from somewhere, right?

Nice mileage for the week Tim. Sounds like fun with your daughter too.

Thanks Rhett -- wish I felt like running tonight...
