it was a great weekend but it is over.  Took Sunday off again although I really wanted to run.  Got in 4.4 at lunch and 5 after work. I think my left ankle tendonitis is coming back.  I'll have to see how it feels tomorrow.

Tendonitis is no fun. It just never seems to get bette without complete rest. Ice and Advil (800mg 4x/day)should help.
