Finally got the motivation to run tonight. Since it was a "cooler"night for us I headed out. 2 miles to our cow field and back home. Took Jarren in the stroller with me. He really loves going in the stroller. He was ready to go before I even got my shoes on. Did not take a watch so no time.

Dustin took me on the confluence park run. What an adventure that was!! Besides getting eatin' alive by horseflies it was pretty fun. 4.5 miles in the dead HOT morning sun!!!
