I am married to Dustin. We have 3 lively but wonderful boys. Jordan 14, Jansen 7, Jarren 3. I am so lucky to be able to stay at home with them. I am just trying to get into running so I am just starting out easy & slow for now!
3 miles this evening to the bridge and back. Headed to Salt lake tomorrow for a week not sure what running I will do there. Good to get out in the cool fresh air. Time: 29:00
