I am married to Dustin. We have 3 lively but wonderful boys. Jordan 14, Jansen 7, Jarren 3. I am so lucky to be able to stay at home with them. I am just trying to get into running so I am just starting out easy & slow for now!
Ran the normal 2 mile loop pushing Jarren in the stroller and Jansen riding his bike along the side of us. The boys are starting to like this. I may have to start doing it more often since it is getting cooler at night. Time: 20:51

It is good that Jansen can ride his bike along now. I think that is good for him.
