Tempo workout. I upped the intensity a little over last time and happily I was able to do it. 4.3 miles in 30 minutes.
Ran easy for the second day in a row. But still a good 7:30 pace on the treadmill.
5.7 miles. Threw in about 5 intervals. Felt OK but not awesome. I hit my goal for the week of 20 miles.
