Last run of the year. I got to 1000 miles exactly! Not that great, but I'm happy to have at least done that much (about 20 miles per week). The last four years my yearly mileage has decreased steadily. 2000 -> 1500 -> 1200 -> 1000. But on a more positive note, I've now run at least one mile, five times per week, for the past four years in a row! I'm really proud of that and will continue. I plan to keep my yearly mileage at least up to 1000 but hopefully higher this year. Happy New Year to you few (if any) people who read this.
