Shorter Discovery loop today. The guys started pushing the pace after like a half mile, so we could be back in time for strength training. Didn't feel too swell so I didn't even try to keep up with the top guys, who ended up averaging a 6:12 lol. I still probably averaged in the 6:50's, so a good run for not feeling good. Strength training was a good time. Might do a bike workout later tonight. Excited cuz we have our first tempo on Wednesday and Distance challenge is on friday! I'm going to break 5 there. 10 miles on the bike later |
