Ran during 4th period so it was nice to get home early. Did alpine loop and some strides after. Was able to stay with the pack so that was cool. Felt good to get the legs moving quickly. Later found out the last few miles(which were in the low 6's,) was faster than my xc race pace lol. Which is rather embarrassing, but cool at the same time because I was able to talk pretty well during those miles. Rolled out my legs and did a decent amount of pushups later. Getting really pumped for the races at the ice oval! |
