Progression run today. Did 32 laps on the track. Splits were supposed to be 7:30,7, 6:30,6,5:40,5:30,5:20,5:10. Felt felt like I was dragging today. Kept up fine till the last lap of the 6 flat. Then coach had me run at 6 minute pace for as long as I could. Hit 2.5 miles then like 6:30 pace for the rest of the miles. Didn't do how I hoped, but it's getting me motivated for the all out 400 on Thursday. |
