On Monday I was playing basketball and got kneed super hard in the groin. It's been hurting too much to run until today. Biked 15 each Monday and Tuesday. Started practice off with some basketball that actually got pretty competitive. Pole than 2 games of tag and back to the school. 100 pushups and 5 minutes of planks for core today. Haven't done much lately so I need to start that back up. |
