Another really good workout. 2 mile warmup through the campus of UC San Diego, then I somehow convinced a guy to let me do my workout on the university track! It's a sweet track, just as nice as BYU's. 12x400 was the workout. 90 seconds active rest. Times were 75,73,73,73,73,72,73,71,71,70,70,68. Felt really good! All my runs this week have been at like 6 in the morning, because I wake up early and can't go back to sleep. On my cooldown I found some sweet trails that I will check out more on my distance run tomorrow. |
