2 miles running down 3rd to center st. Met Jeff L at 2 miles, ran with him 7 more. We kept a good pace, and I hardly stopped. Thanks for motivating me to get miles in the freezing cold Jeff. 2 miles on the track at the L center, a few reps of weights, 2 more mile on the track. Heavy meat and potatoe weight workout, abs, and stretching. Great workout!
