Utah Valley Marathon 2013: PR 3:16:20, 1st division.

Running With the Bulls 5k 2011: 20:02, 1st place

Race For The Cure 10k, San Antonio 2013: 42:47, 2nd overall

Short-Term Running Goals:

Run a sub 3:20 @ Air Force Marathon 2015.

Sub 20 min 5k

 

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run a 3(ish) hour marathon before I am 40.

TM workout: 3 mile warm up followed by 8x8oos. 

PUMP class 1 hour.  That class seems so looong.  Everything that we do lasts for 2 minutes and is super hard.

Anyone know of someone that has an extra PC Marathon bib?  I went to register and they closed it.... blah.  I want to run it!!

30 min AB class

TM class.  I felt like was running on an incline the entire class, my legs were so dang tired!  After the class, I switched over to the TM next to mine, the run felt so much better.   I was talking to the instructor about the TM and she told me some of the TMs are just more stubborn than others.  She then looked down and noticed that my TM was on an incline.  The whole machine was resting on a five inch power strip cover.  I had been running on incline the entire time!  We both had a good laugh.  :)

The most AMAZING long training run!  I love to run PC to just mess around and have a good time with friends.  Thanks Rachel, Smooth, Lowell, and Karen for making it a fantastic time!  Teena was long gone when the race had already started.
