Favorite Blogs:
5 miles around the base and then 5 miles on the TM. Humid out. It has rained more here this year than all other years we have lived here, combined. I like it.
10 miles on the TM while baby slept. I tried to go past 9.0 and I did. 1 min from 9.0-10.0, with a minute recovery between each.
6 miles on the TM. Slow recovery miles
Hill kills around the base. Basically I run up and down the hills on base. I was tired and it was a good workout.
