Spinning class bright and early. Saw Jeff L from the blog there! 1 hour of strengthening. I did 200 push-ups today!!! 4 sets of 25, and 10 sets of 10. Pretty shakey by the end of the sets, my form was falling apart too. At least I did them right? 9 mile bike ride. Everyday I get more used to the bike. Lovin' it! Evening bike ride. About 11-12 miles
