3 miles slow on the TM. 45 minutes of weights. I suppose to go to spin class, but I couldn't put myself through that again today. Went home and ran 3.4 miles around the block. Leg is feeling tight. I can feel that there is still a snag feeling in the femur. I had to run, I am now approaching 6 weeks with this injury. Went on a 6 mile hike....hmmm I am wiped out! Went to the gym for a Zumba class!!! Of my gosh, I just found a new love. I am seriously thinking about becoming certified. I didn't know you could shake your buns and get a great workout too! So so so FUN!!!
