Did some great tempo miles on the TM today. Used some good incline to mix things up.
Hopefully yoga, or some kind of cross training tonight.
Right thigh is feeling achey. I better give it REST before the other workouts I have planned this week.
Nice and easy TM run. Worked on abs, arms, and legs for about 45 minutes.
I did 7 miles in two sessions. After each session I did some weight training.
Great workout on the TM today. I'm trying to make myself look forward to the 16-18 miles I get to run in the snow tomorrow.
I did 18.5! I was proud of myself for running that far.

I climbed a fair share of inclines and one steep hill. Felt very slow, but speed will come later right?
