Utah Valley Marathon 2013: PR 3:16:20, 1st division.

Running With the Bulls 5k 2011: 20:02, 1st place

Race For The Cure 10k, San Antonio 2013: 42:47, 2nd overall

Short-Term Running Goals:

Run a sub 3:20 @ Air Force Marathon 2015.

Sub 20 min 5k

 

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run a 3(ish) hour marathon before I am 40.

6 miles with David while he pushed N.  Two miles in she was not having it.  Tired and unhappy.  We went to the track and finished the rest of the run there.  Beautiful morning and day.

I didn't run yesterday but this run made up for that. 14.3 miles at a 7:31 AP.  Yupppp.  And one of those miles was sub 7.  yeah.  It was actually 6:59 but still, I was stoked!!!! I was actually just running for enjoyment and not pushing the pace until the end when I found out how fast I was really going the entire time.  SWEEEEETT!!!!  Running has been awesome lately!!
