Utah Valley Marathon 2013: PR 3:16:20, 1st division.

Running With the Bulls 5k 2011: 20:02, 1st place

Race For The Cure 10k, San Antonio 2013: 42:47, 2nd overall

Short-Term Running Goals:

Run a sub 3:20 @ Air Force Marathon 2015.

Sub 20 min 5k

 

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run a 3(ish) hour marathon before I am 40.

4 mile progression warm up before TM class.  32 min. 6 mile pyramid workout during class.  Efforts were hard. 

ABS.  I will lift later. 

Leaving now to go snowshoeing with friends.  YAE for ROMPING! The air was beautiful for snowshoeing.  Crazy how it is colder in the valley than it is in the mountains.  So good to be outdoors getting some Vitamin D.

3 mile warm up on the TM.  45 minutes of weights, including 4 sets of 25 push ups.  Fast 2.5 miles on TM.  

I threw 5.5 evenining miles on the TM down in evening for RAD.

2 miles before TM class.  5 miles during the class.  Too tired to force another 2-3 miles out of my legs.  

MandP weight workout.  Today I was able to squat, tail bone is feeling better. 

*I bought new running shoes today at a store in Alpine called, "Get Fit."  All of their shoes are 50% off!  Great shoes too!

5 fast miles on the track.  One set of Abs and 100 push ups to follow.  When it warms up a little I will go outside today.  

Strange comments from people at the gym today.  "What are you training for, a tri or something?"  "How far did you run?" and "You're an animal."   

  I am at the gym everyday.  It's only days I run on the track people notice me for some reason.   

7 more miles outside with SMOOTH!!  What a gorgeous day.  Smooth, thank you so much for letting me come with you and Eric.  It felt so nice just to relax and run.

Decided to run 10 for the New Year.  HAPPY NEW YEAR TO EVERYONE ON THE BLOG.

Jeff L came to my house @ 9 am this morning.  Temps were ideal, roads were a little slushy, and fast company was welcome.  Thanks for the tempo run Jeff.  AP 7:52.  Jeff was in front of me from the half point on.  Dang, he was quick today.
