Tempo run on the TM. I am scared that I am pushing too much. I won't be putting down so many miles in the next week and a half.

I think you're doing okay for a 2 week taper - just take tomorrow off or x-train with spinning/cycling or swimming and then get ready for a fun Saturday. You can definately take it slow, there will be plenty of us 'turtles' there to run with :)

Yes, chill please! You make the rest of us look lazy!

Ladies! (Rad and Kelli). Everytime I taper I get crazy-o. Thank you for the taper support. I can't wait to see everyone on Saturday for this fun run thing. Ladies, you are the bomb.

Hmmm.....I wish I could taper all the time.

You can safely do speed work 10 days out; but no more. You're tapering just right. You're an experienced marathoner. Have confidence in your training. Sat. will be a fun and wet run. Bring it on!

Bec, I like doing tempo runs on the treadmill. They are unforgiving. I have to slap my hand when I go to slow it down. haha Wow, can you believe Bean town is right around the corner!
