Nice, smooth long run. Smooth picked me up at 6:40 and we drove up to the PR trail. We met Kelli, RAD, Maurine, their kick-boxing friend (sorry, I forgot her name),and Leslie. We took the trail nice and easy. I had so much fun talking to RAD practically the whole time. Great company, and beautiful scenery. It's so nice to enjoy running for running's sake.

Nice to meet you today. Glad you liked my trail. This was the best weather I've seen at Point of the Mountain. Some day you folks will have to run it 'my way'. I love the little side trails - especially after you cross Bangerter.

It was great meeting you! For sure I will be going back to that trail. Some parts of it are flat, others rolling hills. Perfect for me.

That run was perfect for today. I am so so so excited for Boston! I have prepared for so many YEARS to run this race, I just can't believe that I actually get to do it!
