Did the first part of the Mexican Mountain Goat TM workout and couldn't finish. I was overheating and I thought I was going to pass out. Tried to run but my body said, "NO, WE ARE DONE ON THE TM!"

that workout is a BEAST! You were probably hitting paces pretty fast too. Remember to slow down a little. The first half should feel pretty easy. I can see you tackling 7% at a 7:30mm!! You're amazing girl!!

No no no RAD!!! I was going at an 8:34 pace, very difficult. The thought of doing 6% for two minutes again killed me. That is when I wheeled myself of that killer machine. Last week it seemed MUCH easier, even after a hard leg workout.

8:34, try an 8:56. That is what I do it at, and if I can do it I KNOW you can. You'll forget what hills are like :)
