Did 10 evening miles in the cold dark night. No WIND!!! ( That is why I waited). This run felt very good even though it was at 7:48 pace.
My students performed a version of "Thriller" today, and I was very proud!!!

It was pain free, but now the pain is coming on...
I registered. Pretty sure that is the most expensive half I have ever paid for. It's about the price of the marathon we are doing in a few weeks.

Yes, I registered for the Provo half. You won't be the only one running it now. Count on at least two other crazy runners being out there in the cold with you (Rad and I). I think it will be really fun despite the cold.
