Cross training.  I did a spin class this morning to try and get my legs moving a little.  I feel so slugy lately because of the amount of carbs I have been eating, as well as not running.  I am still tight today and stretching hurts.  Hopefully I will feel better before the race.

You will feel better, you will do well, and then some. I think you are going to even beat your goal time, you are FAST!

My take (from yesterday) is NOT to wear the shoes. if you are not used to them, they will slow you down, trip you up, or just make you miserable. Go with what you know.

GOOD LUCK.

2029 is a GREAT #. 2=easy, 9=longivity. Your 3:20 is gonna feel easy and like you could run forever! GOOD LUCK!

Thanks for the advice Kelli, I will take it! I will save my racing shoes for next spring when I am a little more used to them.

Smooth, thank you for the # info!

Best of luck Bec ... although we ALL know that you are not going to need it!!

Enjoy this race ... you are going to nail it!! I am with Kelli ... I think you will do even better than your goal.

Can't wait to read all about it!

Have fun!
