7 miles in dark:30. Baby was up a lot of the night (teething).  This was a real emotional run for me.  I cried for awhile and I sounded like a dying dog in the dark.  It was misty and lonely.  I ran housing loop 3x because certain parts of base were in total darkness. Got home and realized what a baby I had been.  For those 50 minutes, I seriously contemplated laying down in the middle of the road.  But who would get the baby when she cried?  Oh wait! me.  I wouldn't be able to run or walk and I would still have to listen to a crying baby.  I need to get over myself.

Hang on Becca! Every mother has hit their breaking point....even the ones who seem to have it all together. I've had my fair share of melt downs.

My only piece of advice is to make sure baby is fed and changed and then sleep when she does. Leave the house and other responsibilities and sleep. You will feels lot better.

Hang on girl!! ((Hugs))

Thank you so much Toby. Sometimes we think we are all alone in this motherhood thing, oh but we are NOT! Thanks for the advice. It's hard to let my house hang on by a thread but sometimes I just have to sleep.

Sending hugs and loves your way, Becca! I've had many of those melt-downs myself when I was raising babies...felt very alone and sleep deprived! Take care and know that this too will pass and it is all worth it!
