I'd have thought stairs would be tougher on the belly then running. GREAT workout. Hope your belly gets feeling better.

Last year I was in California for work and the TM's at the hotel were all taken, so I spent about 45 minutes running the stairs. It was the most sore my legs felt all year. Let us know how you feel tomorrow. :)
Oh, and the sweat was insane. :)
