Utah Valley Marathon 2013: PR 3:16:20, 1st division.

Running With the Bulls 5k 2011: 20:02, 1st place

Race For The Cure 10k, San Antonio 2013: 42:47, 2nd overall

Short-Term Running Goals:

Run a sub 3:20 @ Air Force Marathon 2015.

Sub 20 min 5k

 

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run a 3(ish) hour marathon before I am 40.

I just pretend I know what I am doing at the gym. But yes, the arms are tired.

That is my goal...No Relief Society flab, HA! It was the same spin teacher, he is so cool. You need to come down to a class with me one day.

Yeah get Smooth in there with you spinning. She claims that she doesnt know how to ride a bike. So starting her out on one of those would be great. Just remind her that she is a runner though. Once she starts to love it. I had to remind my dad we were runners and then cyclist.:)

Yes Huans,

Smooth does need to join in on those cycling classes. A few weeks ago all I was doing was spinning, and I really didn't miss running so much. Those classes can be addicting!
