10 miles with the TM class at the Legacy. Oh how I have missed this class! It was nice to see all of the crazy running ladies. Ran 3 progressive miles starting at 7.0 and going .1 faster every quarter mile. Ladies ran up .1 every minute for five minutes, rest for 1 min. Repeat going up .2. Repeat going up .5. One mile at a 4% incline Repeat the speed section. Exhaustion.
