1 hour yoga and foam rolling. Today I reminded myself that I am extremely tight and I need to dedicate more time to stretching. Yoga needs to be on my Christmas list to myself.

occasionally i do a little NY before or after showering!!ahhhhh.....stetching very necessary!! you have a half coming up?
