10 a.m. 8 miles @ a 7:50 pace.  Beautiful weather and perfect temp!!!  Nice and easy eight.  Played "tempo tag"  with certain songs on my ipod.  (Ask questions if you are interested).  All 8 miles were on the canal trail.  I feel like the trail is a nice post-marathon recovery route.  From my house I went north, 1 mile past Cabela's and turned around.

Nice stretching followed by a hot bath.  I think my legs are still tired from TOU marathon.  I hope by next week there will be a little more speed in my legs.

Good luck to everyone running SGM!!!!!  I am so dang jealous, you have no idea.  I am journeying out to the Uintah Basin for a wedding this week. (BOOOOO)  I would so much rather be running the marathon.  I would take a marathon over a wedding any day!!!

You better not schedule your marathons around your wedding! Haha
