1 hour on the Machine of Death (stairs). It was nice to drip all of my toxins out on the machine today. Sweat and pain.
I bought new running shoes at Wasatch Running Center. They were $70. I love when my shoes are on sale. :)

It stinks when you have to completely wipe down the machine after you workout! :) Well, okay we know it doesn't really - we know how good it hurts!!
